Job Summary  | This role will focus on developing and improving camp programming.
This is a temporary position that will terminate on December 19th, 2025. Staff who would like to continue their employment may re-apply in January.

Responsibilities 
1. Evaluate existing programming and develop new activities, lessons, games, and partnerships to be implemented in summer for 5-14 year olds.
2. Assist in development of staff training.

Minimum Qualifications  | Three years experience as a classroom assistant in a related academic area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); knowledge and understanding of a variety of teaching methods in order to adjust activities/training session to include participants of different ages; a thorough knowledge of related academic subjects in order to participate in developing classroom activities/programs; and demonstrated knowledge of teaching methods and communication skills to conduct educational activities and/or training sessions in a clear and concise manner required. Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required.
