We are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and impact-driven Education Success Manager to join our team.

Education Success Managers serve as trusted partners to schools and districts, guiding successful ST Math implementation, driving measurable outcomes, and ensuring long-term partnerships through renewals and thoughtful expansion.

What You’ll Do
Deliver Master-Level Educational Consulting
  • Proactively manage a large portfolio of district and school partners across southern and eastern Texas
  • Strategically plan and deliver high-impact in-person and virtual consultative support for administrators and educators
  • Coordinate, consult on, and plan onsite and online professional learning for teachers, school leaders, and district administrators
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on ST Math, implementation best practices, and effective math instruction
  • Integrate technology thoughtfully into classroom instruction to support student learning outcomes
Drive Partner Success, Retention, and Growth
  • Own the ongoing success of assigned partner accounts, from implementation through renewal
  • Conduct quarterly achievement and partnership review meetings with district and school leadership to:
    • Assess fidelity of implementation
    • Analyze data and demonstrate impact
    • Align outcomes to district goals and priorities
    • Recommend next steps to ensure continued success
  • Proactively support contract renewals by clearly articulating value, impact, and progress over time
  • Identify and support opportunities to expand partnerships through increased adoption, additional schools, or deeper implementation aligned to partner needs
  • Partner closely with the Partnerships (Sales) team to support renewal, upsell, and expansion conversations, ensuring a seamless and aligned experience for districts and schools
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure partners receive coordinated, high-quality support throughout the lifecycle of the partnership
Practice Strategic Territory Management
  • Regularly monitor implementation and usage data to prioritize outreach and allocate time effectively
  • Anticipate partner needs and proactively address risks to success, retention, or renewal
  • Strategically plan your schedule and resources to maximize impact across all assigned schools and districts
  • Keep educators and leaders focused on continuous improvement and the next stage of implementation success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Salesforce and other CRM tools to support forecasting, planning, and collaboration

An Educator and Influencer
You are able to inspire and guide educators in a variety of contexts, including:
  • Working directly with teachers and site champions to improve math instruction and student outcomes
  • Consulting with school administrators to maximize the impact of their ST Math investment
  • Partnering with district leaders around culture-building, data analysis, and long-term instructional strategy
A Strategic Partner
You bring:
  • Experience in customer success, educational consulting, or a similar partnership-focused role
  • Comfort owning long-term relationships that include renewals and growth conversations
  • A consultative mindset that prioritizes trust, outcomes, and mutual success over transactions
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Your Experience Includes
  • ST Math or other math educational software (preferred)
  • Serving as a change agent with school and district leadership
  • Building and sustaining relationships with district- and school-level administrators
  • Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Additional Details
This position must reside in Texas, ideally in the Houston or San Antonio area, and reports to the Director of Education Success. The role requires comfort building relationships virtually, including regular use of video conferencing. Travel up to 60% is expected.
