Reynolds Community College is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Tutoring Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our academic support centers: Tutoring Services, Math Central+, and the Writing Studio.

This role is essential in creating a positive, accessible, and seamless experience for students seeking academic assistance. As the face of our tutoring units, the Tutoring Support Specialist provides front-line support during peak hours, helping students connect with tutors, access resources, and stay on track for success.

What You’ll Do: Welcome students and guide them through the check-in process Operate the Navigate360 scheduling system to assist with tutor appointments Respond to student inquiries in person, online, and via chat Clearly communicate tutoring services and academic support options Refer students to appropriate college resources and departments Deliver professional, friendly, and inclusive service to all visitors Stay current on tutoring center procedures and offerings Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic academic setting Foster strong, collaborative relationships with students, tutors, and staff Represent Reynolds with integrity and a commitment to student achievement
