Educational Partnerships Manager Full Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Overlay professional to lead the charge in expanding the footprint of DreamBox Math across K–12 districts. This role is focused on hunting net new opportunities and driving expansion within existing accounts, working in close partnership with regional sales teams to accelerate growth and adoption of DreamBox Math solutions.
In This Role You Will:
• New Business Development:
◦ Identify, prospect, and cultivate new district-level opportunities for DreamBox Math.
◦ Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to penetrate target accounts and regions.
◦ Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to district needs.
• Expansion Strategy:
◦ Partner with Account Executives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing DreamBox customers.
◦ Analyze usage data and engagement metrics to uncover expansion potential.
◦ Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure alignment on growth strategies.
• Market Intelligence:
◦ Stay informed on K–12 math curriculum trends, funding sources, and competitive landscape.
◦ Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Performance Metrics:
◦ Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for DreamBox Math.
◦ Track and report on pipeline development, conversion rates, and expansion success.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or as needed by the business.
• Valid US driver's license.
This role is designed to be remote in California.
The hiring range for this position is between $85,000-$100,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a Variable Target.
