We’re seeking a talented E-Learning Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating engaging cutting-edge digital content. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our online curriculum and maximizing student engagement through strategic media placement and clear learning objectives. 

Responsibilities:
Content Organization and Categorization:Receive curriculum content from the Curriculum Manager and Curriculum Designers.Analyze and categorize content by CCSS, learning objectives, and lesson themes.Organize content within lessons, ensuring logical flow and clear navigationMaintain detailed records of content placement and accessibility features.Structure the curriculum into self-paced and live class-setting lessons, catering to diverse learning styles and needs.Interactive Module Development:Utilize e-learning software to create interactive modules informed by design documents, storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets.Craft learning experiences tailored to specific learning objectives and learning principlesDevelop high-quality content that aligns with school vision and ensures a seamless user experience.Maintain a catalog of available media resources for future use.Multimedia Mastery:Design and implement captivating multimedia elements like animations, videos, and graphics to enhance user engagement and knowledge retention.Utilize graphic design software to create visually appealing and impactful learning materials.Learning Objectives and Outcomes:Collaborate with the Curriculum Designers to understand content goals, learning objectives, and desired outcomes for each lesson.Provide input on appropriate media placements that enhance understanding and achieve learning objectives.Quality Assurance & Iteration:Rigorously test courses across different devices and formats to ensure functionality and accessibility.Continuously update and revise courses based on feedback and emerging training needs.Collaboration & Communication:Partner effectively with curriculum developers, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment with broader training objectives.Provide clear and concise direction to curriculum developers and ensure adherence to design best practices and required templates.Technical Expertise:Implement SCORM standards to guarantee compatibility with learning management systems (LMS).Stay current with the latest instructional design, technology, and online learning trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field preferred.Strong understanding of Common Core State Standards and curriculum development principles.Experience working with online learning platforms and content management systems.Strong research and sourcing skills for locating relevant interactive media resources.Basic understanding of audio/video editing and manipulation tools preferred.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in content organization and media placement.
