Overview:
Customers invest in Seismic Learning to transform the way that learning and training happens inside their organizations via best-in-class training software. However, many of them desire an extra set of hands to launch faster, think more strategically, and deliver more to their teams than they otherwise could under their own power.

Enter the Services Team, which partners with our customers to design training programs, develop training content, and maintain their accounts in a way that ensures a higher overall likelihood of achieving their business outcomes. eLearning Developers will be responsible for taking our clients’ existing training content (such as slide decks, PDF’s, videos, etc.) and transforming them into effective lessons using Seismic Learning best practices and a background in corporate learning. You must demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate via writing and be able to break complex thoughts into digestible steps.

This Part-time role ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week will report to the eLearning Development Team Lead with the flexibility to work in the office, depending on location, or at-home. This role also has flexibility in working hours, which can be discussed during the interview process.

Who you are:
  • Experience designing training for Sales and Support teams.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Background in corporate learning is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5 is preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work.

  • Convert existing client training content into impactful eLearning lessons, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and proper alignment to learning objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with the Learning Services Team to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Maintain high standards for lesson completeness, logical flow, and adherence to Seismic Learning best practices.
  • Deliver error-free final products, with attention to grammar and spelling.
  • Reliably manage assigned deliverables using Certinia.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality throughout all phases of development.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  
Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.

The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. 
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $20 USD - $20 USD

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.

The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
