Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (“Dovenmuehle”) is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide.

General Description: 
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing eLearning programs, online tutorials, and blended learning solutions using content that is clear, concise, and accurate. You will be partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create, revise, and update departmental procedures and training programs. You will also be utilizing the DMI Learning Manager learning management system (LMS) to distribute the eLearning programs, online tutorials, blended learning solutions to the organization, and completing other duties as assigned. 

Essential Functions and Duties:
•    Convert existing instructional material to online courses and utilize multimedia technology.

•    Creatively develop customized eLearning courses and learning programs, online tutorials, and blended learning solutions.

•    Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to create and revise departmental training procedures and programs. 

•    Develop highly engaging, interactive eLearning courses and presentations, e.g., PowerPoint presentations, job aids, training curriculum and other required coursework, using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 3 and Camtasia. 

•    Design custom graphics, illustrations and animation that ensure knowledge transfer and retention.

•    Collaborate with other designers, procedure writers and other team members to develop training solutions and programs for various departments throughout the organization.

•    Conduct needs analysis to determine the type of training that is required; identify the most effective training solution, both in terms of cost and of meeting key business objectives. 

•    Research, evaluate, and recommend new online learning methodologies and technologies. 

•    Successfully manage the development of multiple e-learning projects and provide reports and status updates.

•    Assist with onboarding and training new team members in the level 1 position as needed.

•    Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.

•    Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•    Minimum 1-2 years of experience designing e-Learning courses OR animation, motion graphics, multimedia; have a portfolio of training videos and eLearning courses.
•    Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices in adult learning theory, instructional technology, instructional theory, and practice. 
•    Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to manage changing priorities.
•    Adept at incorporating or merging documents from various software applications.
•    Proficient in time management, planning, and prioritization. 
•    Able to work independently or with a team for collaboration and feedback.
•    Experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS (e.g., Adobe Learning Manager and Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Learning Manager).
•    Knowledge of Camtasia, Snag-IT and other screen recording and screen capturing tools.
•    Fundamental understanding of HTML and SCORM.
•    MS Office 365 Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows 11.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The employee must be comfortable in either an on-site office setting, or a quiet, designated work from home space that is free from distractions and noise. The employee is regularly required to communicate (give/receive) information through multiple methods of communication with clear understanding from others. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. 

The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the organization or remote office.
