Highlights

Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues and coach supervisors and employees towards resolution.

Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
3-5 years of employee relations or mediation experience; higher education background preferred.
Salary range: $68,000 - $75,000 annually.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment law required.
