University at Buffalo is hiring an Enablement Strategist II, Innovation. This role leads the tactical implementation of strategic innovation initiatives by working closely with campus stakeholders, Innovation Engineers, and IT teams to translate complex problems into actionable plans, deliver innovative no-code/low-code solutions, and ensure successful adoption through training and support.
Highlights
Lead tactical implementation of innovation initiatives and create execution roadmaps.
Collaborate with campus stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.
Coordinate with technical teams to align solution development with stakeholder expectations.
Design and deploy solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and AI-assisted tools.
Evaluate 'clicks-not-code' feasibility and guide appropriate solution use.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for campus partners.
Manage program/project planning, documentation, and delivery tracking.
Support solution adoption and sustainability via documentation and transition planning.
Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience or master’s with 1 year in relevant fields and strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 6+ years in higher education or complex organizations, advanced AI knowledge, and experience as a technical lead.
