 Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary  | The College of Pharmacy is seeking to hire an End User Administrator to join our team.
This position will install, configure, and monitor computer technologies. Consults with managers, administrators, and committees on installation requirements and system changes. Aides in troubleshooting and restoring services by analyzing, identifying, and diagnosing faults using established processes and procedures. Assists in monitoring and maintaining data integrity of server/computer systems. Ensures that updates are applied to server/computer systems promptly. Will also assist the College of Pharmacy operations liaison by performing audits, renovation planning, and common maintenance issues for the College of Pharmacy.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires job related accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials   
Preferred Qualifications  | Experience in information technology, education, office automation, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, or processing of information in a data processing environment or another directly related field. Experience with service desk software and familiarity with best practices.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Knowledge of multiple computer environments, platforms, and technologies. Knowledge of IT issue resolution methods and practices, and new and innovative customer support methods and technologies. Moderately complex to complex problem-solving skills. Familiarity with moderately complex to complex analytical methods. Ability to plan and implement service desk systems designed to effectively recognize, report, track, and resolve problems. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers, peers, and management.
