  • Submit and manage TeamDynamix tickets for IT service requests and maintain timely communication with faculty and staff.
  • Manage Active Directory groups to grant or remove access to shared resources and service accounts.
  • Troubleshoot software including AutoCAD, Erdas Imagine, Envi, Matlab, Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, and Adobe Suite.
  • Required qualifications include an Associate's degree or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include four years of relevant experience and knowledge of University of Florida IT policies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Windows and Mac OS, and computer network administration is beneficial.
  • Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
  • Supports staff, faculty, and students in the Forestry, Geomatics, and Fisheries & Aquatic Sciences departments.
