Engagement Specialist, Professional Learning Service Operations
Engagement Ops consists of effective communicators who are highly collaborative, creative, and responsive to meet the needs of educators by supporting a successful implementation of Curriculum Associates products through the scheduling of professional learning sessions. Specialists have honed their skills and consistently seek new learning opportunities and skill developments to level up their knowledge base. Along with the core functions, a Specialist will utilize their expertise to support department strategy, innovation, and continuous professional improvement within specific focus areas. Focus areas may include advancing technology to support system and process efficiency, field team enablement and training, sales team enablement and training, marketing and educator communication.
The impact you'll have:
- Support department strategy, innovation, and continuous professional improvement within specific focus areas.
- Schedule professional learning sessions with individual sites or multi-site district implementations
- Consistently reach out to educators via email, zoom meetings, and phone calls
- Must maintain accurate session planning notes to streamline shift handoff to Assignment+Businness for assignment and PL Specialist for session planning
- Must support accurate record keeping within individual portfolios including updating work types to reflect recommended PL, contact information, and monitoring reconciliation to ensure accurate delivery
- Must have a working knowledge of regional and national capacity to meet scheduling demands.
- Must collaborate with Sales, PSMs, and PL Leads within individual portfolio to ensure implementation alignment. This could include implementation meetings or BOY/MOY/EOY to plan unscheduled PL sessions.

- A foundational understanding of regional and national capacity and certification to meet scheduling demands.
- Strong listening skills, effective written and verbal communicator able to tailor information to different audiences based on context
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to leverage multiple data sources to make quick and effective decisions
- Seeks opportunities to drive continuous improvement and efficiency via systems-focused thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence; approaches obstacles with solution-oriented mindset, creativity, objectivity, authority, calm, and professionalism
- Skilled at relationship-building with a relentless service orientation, focused on delivering the best possible outcome to internal and external stakeholders
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a classroom setting and/or in edtech in an educator-facing role
- Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape, with a high-level understanding of adult learning best practices
- Experience in working in a high-volume operations setting
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required
Pay Range: This role's range is $43,375 - 70,875.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
