What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of English courses (English Composition, Literature, and Language Arts), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
- Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
- Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
- Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
- Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

We are specifically looking for a teacher with a Reading Specialist certification.
