As an Enrollment Advisor at National University, you'll be a guide for prospective students from their first inquiry to their enrollment. This critical role involves managing both outbound and inbound recruitment communications, providing a seamless and supportive experience for every prospective student.

This is a full-time remote opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Student Experience: You'll oversee the entire prospective student journey, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to start.
Student Communication: Handle all recruitment communications, reaching out to and responding to prospective students to nurture their journey.
Decision Support: Assist prospective students in understanding the full spectrum of what National University offers, helping them weigh the academic, scheduling, motivational, and financial benefits of enrollment.

Who You Are:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; open to equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Experience: A background in education or consultative sales is highly valued.
Skills: You’re tech-savvy, a great communicator, and excel at building relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales software.
Attitude: Eager to learn, you’re a problem-solver who's innovative and empathetic towards students' needs.
Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a metric-driven setting, motivated by targets and objectives to guide prospective students to success.

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency. Compensation Range:: $20.00 - $24.03
