Join the Enrollment Management Team! The Enrollment Management Central Office (EMCO) is looking for our next great team member! Our office supports seven dynamic departments across Enrollment Management, helping both staff and students with their business and HR needs. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and meaningful impact, this could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, no two days are ever the same. You’ll handle a range of responsibilities — from purchasing and travel coordination to HR support — all while working alongside a collaborative, supportive team that values learning, balance, and fun. We’re seeking someone who is:
Experience in human resources, purchasing, or accounts payable is a plus — but not required. We’ll provide thorough training to help you succeed. About the Role: EMCO Coordinator The EMCO Coordinator is an entry-level position ideal for someone starting their professional journey or exploring a new career path. You’ll play a key role in supporting the business operations of the Enrollment Management unit, providing timely, accurate assistance to offices across the division. Ensure that offices are in compliance with all related policies and procedures. Timely process, review, and submit staff requests for Payment Requests and Purchase Orders. Assist current and new vendors via Supplier Portal. Serve as a purchasing card holder for department purchases. Timely notify supervisor of problems or concerns with purchasing activity. Maintain confidentiality for all transactions and submissions. Assist as needed and directed by the Assistant Director of Business Operations. |
