Department Summary
The Division of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs at the University of North Texas at Dallas provides comprehensive services that support students from recruitment through graduation. The division oversees key functions including Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Orientation & Transition Programs, Student Engagement, Counseling & Wellness, Disability Services, and other essential support units.

Position Overview
This position is a subject matter expert with extensive enrollment and functional/technical skills in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, our UNT Dallas student system. The position is the functional and operational support of Admissions, Enrollment, Academic Advising and Student Success, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and Student Affairs. This individual works closely with department stakeholders in the division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs to carry out enrollment activities that increase opportunities to meet or exceed enrollment

goals. This position will work collaboratively with Office of Information Technology (OIT) and System IT Shared Services. This position
requires the ability to perform work of considerable complexity, which involves working independently toward general /specific results,
devising new work methods, updating and streamlining data and processes on several electronic platforms, and meeting new
conditions necessitating a high degree of influence, initiative, and or judgement.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field and two years of data analysis work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced mathematical and technical ability.Advanced analytical and reasoning skills.Advanced knowledge of statistical packages and relational database design and logic.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access and Excel.Proficiency in specific software and programming languages required.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience working in two or more functional modules in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions within Enrollment Management offices (Undergraduate Admissions, Student Records, Academic Advising, and Financial Aid)Knowledge of the workings of Salesforce, TargetX, and/or other CRMs.Knowledge of higher education business processes utilized when resolving problems for students, staff and faculty, admissions, academic advising, financial aid and student records with successful results.Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft security, PS Query, BI Publisher and CommGen.Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams); web conferencing; Service Now or equivalent service management system

Job Duties
Works closely with division departments to analyze and improve business processes that directly increase enrollment as well as identifying, investigating and resolving application issues.Assist with the development and implementation of enrollment management plans and policies including enrollment management and student retention strategies.Responsible for collaborating with senior enrollment management staff to insure the most effective use of admissions and enrollment technology to effectively achieve division and strategic plan goals.Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the enrollment process. Coordinates the preparation and maintains statistical reports and queries necessary for data based decisions by the Vice President and division leaders.Coordinates with the Student Solutions team ensuring student and staff issues are resolved accurately and expeditiously.Provide a high level of staff and student service across departments and divisions with timely follow up to ensure issues are properly resolved.Provide user assistance and direction for ad hoc reporting, data mapping, data analysis, and communications for cross functional PeopleSoft areas.Complete special projects, as assigned.Works closely with division departments to analyze and improve business processes that directly increase enrollment as well as identifying, investigating and resolving application issues.Conceptualize and conduct data inquiries for the purpose of providing information regarding the need for interventions and additional academic support for students relates to enrollment and retention.Provide data related guidance and support to committees and persons conducting planning, collection, or analysis of student relating to enrollment and retention.Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate data standards and process data requests.
