Compensation & Benefits
Frontline Education offers a competitive compensation package designed to recognize and reward high performance. This role carries total on-target earnings of $280,000, comprised of a base salary of $140,000 and on-target commission of $140,000.

Because this position is focused on Frontline's largest and most strategic opportunities, the quota is intentionally calibrated to reflect a smaller number of higher-value, more complex deals. Top performers in this role have a clear path to substantially exceed on-target earnings through outsized enterprise wins.
Final compensation structure, including territory alignment, quota, and performance metrics, will be confirmed as part of role scoping.
