Support enterprise data governance, metadata management, and ensure compliance with FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship; contribute to institutional data governance frameworks and technology roadmap.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10+ years of progressive experience in data architecture and integration.
Required skills include expertise in ETL/ELT tools (Matillion, Talend, Informatica), SQL, Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data warehousing (Snowflake).
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree and certifications such as CDMP, TOGAF, Snowflake, or AWS; experience with higher education data domains and tools like Ellucian Banner ERP and Power BI.
Compensation range: $131,200 - $170,500 annually, within salaried grade 20, determined by candidate qualifications and other factors.
