Physical Requirements | The physical requirements of this position include: Occasional lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 25lbs; occasional standing or walking with objects 15-25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings. Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals of varied professional levels.

Help Power the Systems Behind Student Financial Services The University of Kentucky is seeking an
Enterprise Functional Analyst Advanced to support the systems and processes that manage student tuition, fees, and related financial operations.
This position combines technology, financial processes, and customer support, helping ensure critical student financial systems operate accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with university and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Support and troubleshoot applications related to tuition, fees, and student financial processes Configure, test, and maintain system functionality within the SAP environment Assist with annual tuition and fee updates, system enhancements, and process improvements Collaborate with campus partners to resolve technical and data-related issues Develop and execute testing plans for upgrades, enhancements, and support packs Create and maintain system documentation, reports, forms, and business processes Provide end-user support and assist with training and communication efforts Participate in special projects that support student financial services and university initiatives

Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree 3 years of relevant experience
