Enterprise Sales Lead, AI Upskilling Full Description

The Opportunity
Campus is looking for an exceptional enterprise sales professional to help bring our newest class offering to employees and employers across the United States.

This is a part-time, contract opportunity for an experienced seller with a strong professional network and a demonstrated ability to open doors at some of the largest companies in the country.

AI is rapidly changing how work gets done, but most professionals have never received structured training on how to use these tools effectively.

Campus has developed a practical course designed to help today's workforce become more effective users of modern AI.
Participants will learn how to effectively use today's leading large language models (LLMs), understand where these tools can improve their work, and develop a framework for building and deploying AI agents that can increase productivity and output.

Through the balance of 2026, Campus is launching the course as a pilot and evaluating demand from both individual professionals and employers interested in upskilling their teams.

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to help us take it to market.

What You'll Do
You will own business development for the program, with a particular focus on building relationships with large U.S. employers.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leveraging your existing professional network to open doors with senior leaders at major U.S. corporations
  • Identifying and prospecting organizations that could benefit from AI upskilling across their workforce
  • Securing meetings with executives and decision-makers across HR, Learning & Development, Talent, Operations, Technology, and other relevant functions
  • Introducing Campus and communicating the value proposition of our AI course
  • Developing opportunities for employers to sponsor, purchase, or offer the course to their employees
  • Building and managing a pipeline of prospective enterprise partners
  • Gathering feedback from employers to help Campus refine the product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
  • Working directly with Campus leadership as we evaluate the opportunity and determine how aggressively to scale the program in 2027

Who We're Looking For
This role is designed for a highly accomplished salesperson who knows how to get meetings that others can't.
We're looking for someone with:
  • An exceptional track record in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • A strong existing network across large U.S. corporations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior executives and enterprise decision-makers
  • Experience selling into HR, Learning & Development, Talent, workforce development, technology, or adjacent functions
  • The ability to operate independently and create opportunities without significant sales infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how people work
Experience selling education, professional development, workforce training, or enterprise learning products is a plus, but not required.

Why Campus
Campus is building a new model for higher education designed around access, affordability, and exceptional instruction.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Campus leadership on an early-stage initiative at the intersection of AI, education, and the future of work.
You'll have significant autonomy to shape our enterprise go-to-market strategy while helping some of America's largest employers prepare their workforces for an AI-enabled economy.

Engagement
This is initially a part-time, contract role through the end of 2026 as Campus tests demand for the program and develops its 2027 strategy.
This role is expected to be approximately 20 hours per week at a rate of $150 per hour.
We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and begin generating enterprise conversations quickly.
If the pilot demonstrates strong demand, there will be an opportunity for the right person to join Campus full-time and help build the business from the ground up.
