Enterprise Software Engineering Team Lead (Lead Product Architect) to join our Enterprise Applications team within Information Technology Services. This role sits at the intersection of
technology, strategy, and leadership, driving the development of enterprise digital experiences that support the university’s mission. This position is part of UK’s evolving IT strategy and will report through the Information Technology Services department in Beyond Blue effective July 1, 2026.
You’ll provide technical and architectural leadership across enterprise systems, helping design and deliver
scalable, modern, and data-driven solutions while guiding a team of engineers. This role has a direct impact on how technology enables operations, innovation, and user experience across the university.
What You’ll Do Lead the design and delivery of
enterprise applications and digital product architectureServe as a strategic advisor to leadership on
application and data architecture decisionsDrive
technology modernization efforts, including scalable, data-centric solutions Collaborate across teams to align systems, frameworks, and enterprise architecture Guide software development efforts, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery Lead and mentor team members while managing workload and priorities Partner with university stakeholders to develop solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
