WHAT YOU'LL DO  
As an Exam Security Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in advising and servicing our customers' test security needs, providing expert guidance and support to enhance client confidence in Ascend Learning products. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in optimizing the secure use of Ascend Learning assessment products, supporting them in fostering a culture of academic integrity, and reinforcing strong ethical standards in nursing education. With a strong background in nursing and healthcare education, you will leverage your understanding of academic integrity from the educators’ perspective to position Ascend as a thought leader in best practices for academic integrity, utilizing market research and literature expertise to strengthen our capacity to assist clients in implementing effective test security measures across all our healthcare brands. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  
This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.  

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive content for new customer onboarding, focusing on exam security and academic integrity overviews. 
  • Conduct personalized client consultations to address exam security concerns and enhance academic integrity programs. 
  • Provide training sessions for cross-functional Ascend team members to ensure a unified understanding of exam security protocols. 
  • Create and host engaging client-facing webinars that cover key topics in exam security and academic integrity. 
  • Develop and distribute academic integrity case studies for clients to use as educational resources. 
  • Manage and monitor social media interactions to proactively address and mitigate potentially harmful groups or profiles. 
  • Script and prepare customer-facing communications to effectively address exam security issues and inquiries. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ILAS stakeholders, to analyze customer inquiry trends and monitor exam security outcomes. 
  • Assist the Commercial teams in crafting messaging that highlights Ascend’s commitment to maintaining assessment integrity. 
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and literature to support Ascend Learning's exam security program and thought leadership initiatives. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia or Client Success required. 
  • 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in nursing education using ATI resources is strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity of the nursing and allied health education industry. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, particularly customers and customer-facing staff. 
  • Proficient in delivering engaging presentations both in-person and virtually to clients. 
  • Experience in understanding and addressing the needs of the healthcare education industry. 
  • Proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively. 
  • Effective team collaboration skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a track record of independently identifying and resolving issues promptly.
