Physical Requirements  | Sitting for long periods of time; performing repetitive motion tasks; handling of light-weight objects up to 10 pounds, and some standing or walking.
Shift  | Primary days are Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00pm. However, as an exempt position additional hours will be required to accomplish work goals.
Job Summary  | This position will report to the Chief Audit Officer and provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Audit Officer and Deputy Accountability Officer and Audit Executive. Primary responsibilities will include: manage the Chief Audit Officer and Deputy Accountability Officer/Audit Executive Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, prepare emails, coordinate, and document communications. This position will handle confidential and sensitive documents, prepare and process travel and other university documents; collect and open mail, file and organize materials and supplies; maintain office departmental records; coordinate, organize and plan schedules. This role serves as the initial point of contact for the Internal Audit Office. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
