The Executive Assistant to the Associate Vice President, Dean of Students, and Deputy Title IX Coordinator supports a senior administrator in the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support with responsibility for a large portfolio that includes over 700 staff. This is a position that has regular contact with students and parents, many of whom are in crisis.

 This role requires regular interaction with university stakeholders, staff, and students. Key responsibilities include managing and prioritizing the Dean of Student’s calendar, meetings, and events. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will oversee administrative operations for multiple offices and provide support to departments within the Dean of Students Unit, including the Fraternity and Sorority Life, Housing, Student Disability Resource Center, and Student Conduct.
