Job Summary  | Help Tell the University’s Story Through Strategic Communications

The University of Kentucky is seeking an Executive Communications Coordinator to support executive messaging and strategic communications initiatives through content creation, digital communications, project coordination, and communications operations.

This role helps bring executive communications to life across multiple platforms by developing compelling content, maintaining digital resources, creating visual materials, and coordinating projects that support university leadership. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator who enjoys managing multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
Write and edit content for websites, newsletters, UKNow articles, and other communication platforms Conduct interviews and gather information from faculty, staff, subject matter experts, and external partners Create presentations, infographics, one-pagers, briefing materials, and other visual communication assets Maintain and update executive communications websites and digital properties Coordinate project timelines, workflows, and deliverables using tools such as Asana Assist with executive briefing materials, reports, meeting support, and special projects Support Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other communications platforms through content management and production activities Maintain communication resources, templates, archives, and documentation
