About the Team
The College Board is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization that aims to clear a path for all students to own their futures. We focus on expanding access to higher education and helping students develop the skills they need for college and career readiness, serving more than 7 million students annually — a reach unparalleled in a fragmented sector.
As part of this mission, College Board is expanding its work at the intersection of education and the workforce through the acquisition of District C, a nonprofit organization and scaling its flagship work-based learning program, Teamship. This acquisition strengthens College Board’s ability to deliver real-world, career-relevant learning experiences that help students build the durable skills employers value most — including collaboration, problem-solving, and communication. We’re assembling a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers who thrive on solving meaningful problems to join the Teamship Team to ensure more students have access to meaningful work-based learning and can build the durable skills employers value most.
