Reporting to the Director of the School of Health and Medical Professions (SHAMP), the Executive Project Manager is responsible for tracking and coordinating high-impact health and medical professions initiatives for the School of Health and Medical Professions (SHAMP).
Position Overview
Reporting to SHAMP executive leadership and working closely with senior academic and administrative leaders, this position provides strategic coordination and execution support across academic, research, clinical, and administrative domains. This role involves exercising a high degree of judgement, discretion, and diplomacy, along with access to highly sensitive institutional information.

Required Experience
  • Experience in project management or program leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work nonstandard business hours which my include evenings and weekends
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet policy requirements for driving university-owned vehicles
Additional Preferred
  • Master’s degree
