K-State Extension is hiring an Extension Associate, Program Evaluation, Impact, and Reporting. This role leads statewide evaluation, impact assessment, and reporting efforts to strengthen the organization's ability to demonstrate program outcomes and communicate impact through data-driven strategies, logic model implementation, and effective reporting systems.
Highlights
Provides statewide leadership for program evaluation, impact assessment, and reporting initiatives.
Supports faculty and staff in developing evaluation plans and impact reporting.
Oversees the PEARS reporting system administration in collaboration with technical support.
Translates program data into actionable insights for leadership, stakeholders, and partners.
Requires a bachelor's degree and minimum three years of relevant experience; valid driver's license required.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in related fields and experience with evaluation logic models and data analytics.
Strong skills needed in communication, facilitation, consultation, training, and project management.
Experience with Cooperative Extension or outreach organizations and familiarity with federal reporting requirements preferred.
Extensive computer use with limited physical exertion; must exercise independent discretion in reporting and training development.
Anticipated salary range is $61,591 to $98,555 annually.
