The Faculty & Systems Enablement Lead in Risepoint Academic Services leads the infrastructure, systems, and insight-generation functions that make our team’s work scalable, sustainable, and high-impact. With a focus on systems enablement, continuous improvement, and customer voice, this role builds and maintains the operational and analytical foundation that powers professional learning for internal teams and external partners.
This role will manage the systems and tools that keep our professional learning programs running smoothly. The position will oversee online learning platforms, websites, and automated workflows that support faculty and partners. In addition to managing the systems, this position will also analyze data and feedback to identify trends, build reports, and recommend improvements that strengthen our programs. In collaboration with the Director, this role will design and facilitate sessions that share insights, foster collaboration, and highlight best practices. Overall, this role helps ensure our learning experiences are reliable, efficient, and impactful.
This role is ideal for a proactive, systems-minded professional who combines a deep understanding of educational operations with a sharp eye for patterns, signals, and strategic improvements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Systems & Platform Enablement
- Oversee current learning management systems to support professional learning operations and contribute to the evolution of these systems by researching new technologies, providing input on decisions, and supporting implementation efforts.
- Manage the structure, content, automation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of faculty- and partner-facing platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and faculty-facing website.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases to ensure consistency and clarity in PLD operations.
Data, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the design and analysis of surveys and customer voice data, while helping define and improve processes for analyzing and presenting insights that highlight trends and opportunities for product, content, and communication improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards and trackers that visualize feedback and PLD outcomes, ensuring data is organized and summarized for others to analyze and translate into business insights.
- Establish and manage structured content update cycles using data, sentiment, and audit insights.
- Implement performance monitoring, content tagging, and system audits to surface opportunities for increased operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of the guided self-service course revision workflow, representing the unit in internal team discussions to support cross-functional alignment.
Facilitation & Knowledge Sharing
- Model and support facilitation best practices in live and asynchronous learning events to foster learning across teams and partners.
- Design and lead high-impact internal sessions such as insight briefings, retrospectives, and peer-learning events.
- Facilitate customer voice sessions, assisting with faculty interviews, workshops, and community engagements while helping to manage real-time challenges and keep sessions on track.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Science, Learning Analytics, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning operations, educational technology, instructional systems design, or process/data improvement roles.
- Expertise with AI tools, LMS administration, survey platforms, and digital asset/content management.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining internal systems, knowledge platforms, and process automation.
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from surveys and other forms of user feedback to inform learning and product decisions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms (Elementor preferred).
- Working knowledge of Quality Matters, OLC, and WCAG standards.
- Background in automating reporting or developing dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining instructional technology tools (e.g., chatbots, prompt libraries, LMS components).
- Experience as a university instructional designer, faculty member, or course facilitator in online/blended modalities.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time
