About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of higher education nursing programs across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

You will partner with Nurse Educators, Program Directors, and Deans to support the adoption and expansion of Elsevier's nursing education solutions including curriculum materials, digital learning platforms, simulation experiences, and NCLEX preparation tools.
Success in this role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach focused on long-term partnerships, strong product adoption, and program-level growth across nursing departments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of nursing program accounts within the assigned territory
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, program expansion, and new solution adoption
  • Partner with nursing faculty and leadership to identify program goals and align Elsevier solutions to their needs
  • Lead strategic sales conversations across multiple stakeholders including faculty, simulation leaders, and academic leadership
  • Support successful product implementation and adoption in collaboration with training and customer success teams
  • Provide ongoing account support, data insights, and recommendations that help programs improve student performance and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account activity in Salesforce
  • Lead renewal and expansion strategies for enterprise-level customers

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in higher education, healthcare, educational technology, publishing, or SaaS environments
  • Experience managing complex or enterprise-level customer relationships
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand institutional needs and recommend strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both faculty and executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Interest in healthcare education and improving outcomes for nursing students
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory
  • Must reside within the assigned territory (Dallas, TX preferred; Oklahoma or Louisiana considered)

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $72,200 - $120,200. Total Target Cash Range: $111,000 - $184,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
