Who we’re looking for:
ParentSquare is seeking a Field Marketing Manager who is proactive and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’ll work under our Customer Advocacy team and in partnership with our Events team to drive regional strategy and manage field events. You’re someone who enjoys working cross collaboratively with sales and customer success teams to bring regional programs to life and drive revenue through these opportunities. You’re passionate about customer engagement and love turning field events into memorable, high-impact brand touchpoints. Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.  

This role will include:
  • Leading high-impact field events such as Lunch 'n Learns, regional events, and ambassador meetups that result in revenue priorities and support our regional goals.
  • Shaping local marketing plans to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate client pipeline.
  • Partnering with our Customer Advocacy team to feature ambassadors in events, spotlight regional success stories, and deepen customer engagement.
  • Supporting Calls for Presentations (CFPs), coordinating ambassador speakers, and ensuring content aligns with district pain points and education trends.
  • Managing event logistics end-to-end—including venue selection, catering, AV, booth setup, and branded collateral—while staying on budget and timeline.
  • Driving event promotion in coordination with the Demand Gen and Brand teams, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media touchpoints.
  • Tracking performance and outcomes through tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, providing insights on event ROI and lead quality.
  • Building scalable regional structures that can be replicated across territories to support national growth strategy.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:
  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or educational technology.
  • Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape and the ability to connect with educators, administrators, and district leaders.
  • A proven track record of partnering with Sales and/or Customer Success to develop regionally tailored, pipeline-driving initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a talent for juggling timelines, vendors, stakeholders, and follow-ups.
  • A creative eye for designing and executing mission-aligned events both in-person and hybrid.
  • A collaborative and energetic mindset, with a passion for building authentic relationships and championing customer voices.
  • Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Canva, ChatGPT, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and event registration platforms for tracking ROI and managing logistics.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks, enhance personalization, or analyze post-event insights.
