Advertised Job Summary  | We’re seeking a dynamic PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst Manager to lead the implementation, evolution, and support of our PeopleSoft Finance system.In this leadership role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, ensuring that system improvements, change management, and support activities align with the institution’s strategic priorities. You’ll lead technical and business analyst teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, transparency, and service excellence.
What You’ll Do

 Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the PeopleSoft Finance system. Serve as the main liaison for Finance stakeholders and IT teams. Develop and refine support methodologies to meet evolving business needs. Lead, mentor, and manage Business Analysts and contractors across multiple initiatives. Establish and maintain standards for planning, tracking, change control, risk management, and communication. Collaborate with senior University leadership to align financial systems with institutional goals. Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and information security policies.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preferred: 10+ years of experience with university systems, including PeopleSoft Finance. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven ability to build consensus and manage change in complex organizations. Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
