Join Corporate Reporting & Planning as part of our Innovation & Execution team as a Power BI Developer!
Corporate Reporting & Planning is responsible for internal financial reporting, performance management, yearly financial planning, and in-year estimates. Following a multi-year digitization and transformation journey of our planning process, the foundation is now in place to build touchless planning and forecasting. As part of taking, it to the next level, we need to build, streamline and elevate our Power BI dashboards.
 
We're looking for a passionate individual who can create interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. If you thrive on collaboration and love transforming complex data into engaging visuals, this role is for you.
 
This is a fixed term role with end date per 31.12.2026. 
Please also note that we do not support relocation for this role.
The role can be based out of our office in either Billund or Copenhagen.

Core Responsibilities 
  • Dashboard Development - Design and build interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports in Power BI that inform and engage. This will empower end-users to fully experience the digital transformation of our planning process, unlocking new insights and driving smarter decisions. 
  • Performance Optimization - Enhance the performance and functionality of our Power BI solutions, ensuring they are as efficient and reliable as possible to minimize risks and build trust in the reporting. 
  • Partner Collaboration - Work closely with our team and collaborators to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications leading to improved insights and decision-making. 
  • Data Integrity - Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our BI systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Data Governance - Ensure consistency in critical metrics, definitions, and data governance across our reporting suite. 
  • Best Practices & Standardization - Leverage standardization and best practices across Power BI reports, securing findings and alignment to improve overall reporting quality. 
  • Collaborative Support - Assist other Finance teams in building Power BI reports while fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.

Do you have, what it takes? 
We're looking for someone with a strong educational background and experience in Power BI, DAX, and data modelling techniques. If you excel at analytics and a passion for transforming data into engaging visuals, you might be just the person we need! Here's what we're looking for: 
  • Expertise in Power BI tools and DAX or equivalent experience 
  • Understanding Financial Planning and Analysis or applicable finance/accounting background. 
  • Experience with Databricks is an advantage, but not a requirement. 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills 
  • A talent for translating business needs into technical specifications 
  • Experience collaborating with diverse partners 
  • A playful spirit and a desire to innovate
