Job Summary
ECTC is seeking a highly motivated hands-on individual to provide outreach and overall management of all functions related to scholarship programs, including the preparation of application materials, coordination of selection committees, determination of student eligibility for awards, and account management for all scholarship programs. This position will report to the Director of Financial Aid and assist with scholarship marketing and outreach efforts to new and current students.

Job Duties:
• Process and administer financial aid for Workforce Pell-eligible programs.
• Review student eligibility and maintain required documentation. Monitor enrollment, attendance, academic progress, and program completion requirements.
• Coordinate with the workforce and academic division to ensure accurate student information and reporting.
• Process student loans, track disbursement, monitor compliance requirements associated with SOR regulations, including institutional processes designed to support responsible borrowing and reduce student loan default risk.
• Gathers information from students to understand and evaluate individual circumstances; interprets relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines to determine the best course of action.
• Provide comprehensive customer service in a high volume and challenging, fast-paced environment (online, phone, and in-person), for the successful operation of the Financial Aid Office.
• Answers calls, responds to requests, and provides students appropriate information on financial aid, scholarships, WRKS, SAP, and other financial aid-related topics/processes.
• Performs data entry, query review, aid calculation, assists with fund reconciliation, and monitors student packaging and award notification.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
