Physical Requirements  | Sitting for the majority of the day, and performing repetitive motion tasks.
Shift  | 40 hours per week; and mostly Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but there will be some evenings and weekends.

Job Summary  | The Assistant Director of Loan processing manages administrative duties for the Federal Direct Loan (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, PLUS, and Graduate PLUS), Private, and Institutional student loan programs in excess of $277 million annually. This position manages activities to ensure compliance with eligibility, awarding, disbursement, reconciliation and reporting regulations, and processes. The position will supervise one financial aid counselor to assist with all loan processing and certification. This position will also provide oversight of the entire university loan portfolio ensuring Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships staff are well trained and knowledgeable allowing them to communicate effectively loan policies and procedures to campus partners, students and families.
