  • Participate in processing appeals including Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeals and loan reviews.
  • Compile, interpret, and format financial aid program data; assist with office phone schedule and new student appointments.
  • Use word processing, spreadsheets, email, and preferably SGT Banner and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education, strong analytical skills, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Salary of $22.59 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications; classified hourly, benefits eligible.
  • Works under general supervision of Assistant Directors within the Division of Student Success.
  • Supports Montana State University students by ensuring compliance and accurate administration of financial aid.
