Manage and coordinate monthly financial reporting and operating budgets for UC Irvine Libraries.
Conduct complex financial analyses, reconciliation, and problem resolution for permanent budgets.
Provide financial analysis and reporting for recharge units and sales & services activities.
Serve as Fiscal Officer and Subject Matter Expert for budget adjustments, internal billing, and inter-campus transfers.
Required skills include advanced Excel, database software, and financial data analysis tools.
Minimum of a BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting preferred with 5+ years of complex financial analysis and budget administration experience.
Knowledge of Kuali Financial System, Decision Support, UCPath Reports, Tableau, and data warehouse preferred.
Salary range is $79,200 to $95,250 annually for this recruitment.
