Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, M&A to join our Corporate Finance team. This role combines traditional M&A responsibilities with broader corporate finance exposure, supporting strategic transactions and performance reporting. 

The Analyst will play a key role in supporting all financial phases of the deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, integration planning, and ongoing performance reporting. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work on transformative transactions that shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models including bottoms-up long-range revenue and cost models to evaluate target company performance.
  • Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment committee materials.
  • Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Partner Management, Operations, IT, etc.).
  • Analyze synergies, risks, and potential integration challenges for prospective deals.
  • Provide post-deal support including performance tracking and integration analysis.
  • Assist in long-range planning, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Support preparation of monthly reporting packages for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and sponsors, highlighting key financial, operational, and integration metrics.
  • Support quarterly and annual bank reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with credit agreements.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA or progress toward CFA is a plus).
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or financial analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required; familiarity with Planful/NetSuite tools a plus).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and M&A due diligence process.
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
