Highlights

Deliver customer service support to students and benefactors regarding student account inquiries.
Required skills include proficiency in Excel and experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent with one year of related office experience or equivalent training and experience.
Preferred experience includes customer service, collections/banking, and working with students in higher education.
Position is full-time permanent with a salary range of $42,000 to $44,510.
Works Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime.
Operates within the University Cashier department, which centralizes billing, collections, and reporting of university revenues.
