Role summary
We’re growing our global team of Former Undergraduate Admissions Officers (FAOs). As an FAO you’ll provide insider, student-appropriate guidance that strengthens applications and demystifies the review process. You’ll collaborate with Strategists, Tutors, and Mentors; you focus on the admissions expertise—no case management.

What you’ll do
  • Student consultations (60 mins): real-time strategy on academics, activities, school list, essays, and timeline.
  • Written application reviews: structured, template-based feedback students can reuse.
  • Mock admissions committees (VIP): collaborate with FAOs to simulate committee deliberations and deliver a debrief.
  • Team collaboration: align with Student Success Managers and the student’s wider Crimson team to execute the roadmap.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

Non-negotiables
  • Former undergraduate admissions officer at a US campus, with a decision-making responsibility (Assistant Director level or above).
  • Experience reading domestic and/or international territories is valued.

Preferred
  • Experience from Top-15 / Ivy-Plus institutions (Premier FAO = Ivies + Stanford + MIT).
  • Warm, clear communication with teenagers; ability to give honest, actionable feedback.
