About the Role
We're looking for a Founding Engineer who loves writing high-quality, fast code and who cares deeply about users. You’ll work across backend and frontend to ship features quickly, fix critical bugs, and improve performance.
You’ll own real product decisions, listen to users, and ship things that directly impact our growth and student experience. 

What You'll Do
• Ship features that increase retention, MRR, and user engagement
• Fix bugs, improve core product performance, and optimize systems
• Build backend (FastAPI + Python) and frontend (Next.js, React Native)
• Work on scalability, reliability, and speed across the stack
• Talk to users, iterate fast, and build what they actually need
• Take ownership -> from idea to deploy
