About the role
We're looking for a founding full-stack engineer with exceptional product, design, and business sense who can own features end-to-end across the entire stack. You'll work directly with the founders to ship beautiful, high-impact product experiences that help creators monetize effectively and help millions of users achieve their goals.

What you'll do
  • Own and quickly ship full-stack features from concept to production
  • Build beautiful, intuitive user experiences across web and mobile
  • Work across the entire stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure
  • Talk to users, iterate rapidly based on feedback and data
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions as we scale

Requirements
  • Deep love for learning and creating — you're constantly learning and have a deep appreciation for craft
  • Strong product, design, and business sense — you care deeply about UX details, polish, and think holistically about how product, marketing, and business all connect
  • Ability to move fast and ship iteratively without sacrificing quality — prototyping ideas in hours, not days
  • Full-stack experience with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Python, AWS)
  • High ownership mentality — you see things through to completion, and know what it takes to take something from 90% to 100% and beyond
  • Excited about building consumer products that genuinely help people
  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate (in-person role)

Nice to have
  • You've built your own products, side projects, or startups
  • You've been actively building with AI tools in the past 6 months and are excited to be at the bleeding edge
  • Experience with iOS or Android development
  • Background in creator economy or marketplace products
