SUMMARY: Tallo is seeking a Full Stack Marketer to help drive our marketing efforts from strategy to execution. In this role, you’ll be working with our team in developing campaigns, guiding content creation, campaign development, analyzing data, and optimizing growth channels.
As a Full Stack Marketer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, quality, and user-centric design. This position is full-time and 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while closely collaborating with colleagues across departments. We welcome candidates with 5-years of marketing experience and care more about your skill set, track record, creativity, and portfolio than any specific degree.

- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and speak to our target audience (people exploring careers). Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the career exploration industry. Set clear marketing KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) and create actionable plans to achieve them.
- Content Creation & SEO: Oversee content across multiple channels including producing blog posts, guides, and social media content that provide value to job seekers and career changers. Ensure content is optimized for SEO to increase our online visibility. Collaborate with design to produce engaging visuals or videos for campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Assist in overseeing SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn; continuously optimize keywords and ad spend for best ROI. Schedule and monitor social media posts on platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build an online community; engage with followers and industry influencers to grow our presence.
- Email & CRM Campaigns: Build targeted email campaigns and drip sequences to nurture leads and re-engage users (e.g., newsletter, onboarding series). Segment our user base (by career interest, demographics, etc.) for personalized messaging. Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Segment, Pardot) to streamline and scale outreach.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance across all channels using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data. Prepare regular reports on key metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, CPA, etc.). Use data- driven insights to A/B test landing pages, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates. Continuously experiment with new growth tactics and iterate based on what the data shows.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity in all marketing materials. Ensure that our messaging resonates with our audience of career explorers and remains aligned with our mission of empowering job seekers. Monitor our brand reputation online (social media, reviews) and engage positively with our community.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team to align marketing campaigns with product launches and features. Coordinate with our Partnerships and Implementations teams to produce enablement materials and understand user feedback. Because we’re a small team, you may also interface with company leadership regularly to report on marketing progress and propose new initiatives.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Take initiative in leading marketing projects end-to- end. Mentor any junior marketing managers, coordinators or interns, sharing full-stack marketing knowledge. Act as the marketing lead in cross- department projects, ensuring goals are met and stakeholders are informed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Five (5) years in marketing roles (digital marketing, growth marketing, or similar). Startup experience or previous remote work experience is a strong plus.
- Portfolio: Open to candidates with a strong design portfolio demonstrating creative expertise and innovation.
- Ability to clear required background check
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skill Set: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (content, email, social, SEO, paid ads). Hands-on proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Heap, n8n.io, Major Ad Platforms, SEO tools, email automation platforms (MailChimp), and social media management tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Wordpress CMS for making landing page edits is required.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data – able to interpret metrics and pivot strategies based on analytics. Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, or funnel optimization is desirable. You must be someone willing to embrace new technologies as it unfolds to identify solutions and solve problems.
Durable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you can craft a compelling message and also report results to the team clearly). Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude – you enjoy coming up with growth hacks and innovative campaign ideas. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A College Degree is not required however, strong knowledge in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is.
- Familiarity with the career development/job search industry. Perhaps you have marketed an edtech, HR tech, or career services product before, and you have a solid understanding of the challenges job seekers face.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75-$120,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
