Global Learning and Performance Specialist

The Global Learning & Performance Specialist supports the execution of learning and performance initiatives across all job families (Technical, Operations, Sales, and support functions). The role focuses on hands-on coordination, learning and performance Management, mentorship program support and programs delivery, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning, tools, and support to improve performance. The role also supports engagement initiatives and the adoption of AI-related learning solutions.
This person will report directly to the Vice President of Global Training, Talent, and Performance. We prefer this person to be based out of Dallas or our Pittsburgh offices and on East Coast time. This role can be hybrid or remote depending upon work history and location which needs to be either CT or ET time. This is due to the meetings necessary with our Europe / UK partners. We are seeking a person with 4 - 6 years of experience with a growth oriented / solutions seeking / work history.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ensures learning programs are effectively delivered and utilized
  • Supports consistency across regions and functions
  • Strengthens engagement and performance processes
  • Keeps the Learning and Performance Management Systems relevant, organized, and actively used
  • Enables practical adoption of AI in day-to-day work

What you’ll do:
Learning Management System & Learning Operations
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
  • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content
  • Support user experience and accessibility
  • Monitor participation, completion, and reporting
  • Drive engagement with learning platforms
Program Coordination & Delivery
  • Coordinate global learning programs (leadership, onboarding, functional training)
  • Support, design or deliver training sessions when needed
  • Support consistent execution across regions
Engagement & Performance Support
  • Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (Cornerstone)
  • Support engagement survey system, processes and follow-up activities
  • Assist in performance management cycles (goal setting, essential conversations)
  • Help roll out tools and frameworks to managers and employees
Mentorship Program Coordination
  • Coordinate and support the global mentorship program
  • Provide structure, guidance, and tools to participants
  • Ensure consistency and continuous improvement of the program
Data, Reporting & Insights (Learning and Performance Management System)
  • Maintain and produce regular reports from Learning and Performance Management System (participation, completion, performance cycles, engagement data)
  • Provide simple, actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders
  • Support leadership with data for decision-making and follow-ups
  • Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement across programs
AI Learning & Adoption Support
  • Support rollout of AI-related training initiatives
  • Curate and share practical AI learning resources
  • Assist teams in adopting AI tools in daily work
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with HR, regional teams, and SMEs
  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives
  • Act as a central coordination point for global programs
