About the Opportunity
Ellucian is seeking a seasoned Global Travel & Expense Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise-wide corporate travel and global credit card programs. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and strategic oversight of Ellucian’s global corporate credit card and travel programs, including policy development, vendor management, employee support, and data reporting. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP Concur and experience managing programs across multiple regions and business units.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Procurement & Corporate Real Estate and plays a key role in ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and a seamless user experience across all travel and card-related functions.
Where you will make an impact
- Serve as the global administrator for SAP Concur Travel and the Corporate Credit Card program.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including employee card issuance, expense audits, reconciliations, and system configurations.
- Monitor program compliance with company policies and industry regulations; regularly review and update travel and expense policies.
- Provide training and support to cardholders and travelers, ensuring a clear understanding of procedures and tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Audit) to ensure program alignment with broader organizational needs.
- Oversee relationships with third-party travel agencies, card providers, and Concur support services.
- Analyze expense and travel data to identify savings opportunities, policy violations, and optimization strategies.
- Prepare executive-level reports on program usage, compliance metrics, and cost savings.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews with timely and accurate documentation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP Concur Travel & Expense, and Intelligence; and corporate credit card programs in a global or enterprise environment.
- Experience in policy administration, vendor management, and employee training/support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on developing relevant dashboards that identify trends in card usage and spend.
- Familiarity with travel industry standards, credit card reconciliation processes, and global program coordination.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, organization, and process ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
