Advertised Job Summary | The Darla Moore School of Business invites applications for a full-time Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Manager position. The Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Manager is responsible for outreach, recruitment, admissions and enrollment of students. This position will support admissions operations, which may include coordinating the processing of program inquiries and phone calls, management of new applicant files and attachments, processing and management of all necessary and required admissions material/data. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials | Preferred Qualifications | N/A Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | Working knowledge of enterprise systems, university specific or corporate CRM’s, and various Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, and ability to balance priorities. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and public presentation skills.
