 Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary  | The Darla Moore School of Business invites applications for a full-time Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Manager position. The Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Manager is responsible for outreach, recruitment, admissions and enrollment of students. This position will support admissions operations, which may include coordinating the processing of program inquiries and phone calls, management of new applicant files and attachments, processing and management of all necessary and required admissions material/data.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Working knowledge of enterprise systems, university specific or corporate CRM’s, and various Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, and ability to balance priorities. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and public presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors.

Job Duty  | Positively influence prospect conversion through the various stages of the assigned graduate program(s) enrollment funnel by maintaining consistent contacts and monitoring progress from inquiry to enrollment. Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable, personable, responsive and proactive in counseling prospective students on program cost, application requirements, admission criteria, course offerings, program structure, degree benefits, etc.
