The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Graduate Admissions Processor I in the Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM). This role is responsible for processing graduate admission applications and supporting documents, responding to applicant inquiries, and providing timely and accurate updates on application statuses.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions experience while upholding the university’s commitment to excellence and integrity.
Minimum Education and Experience  | Bachelor’s degree. Minimum six months to one year experience managing large volume of records.
Preferred Education and Experience  | Preferred Education and Experience One year of experience managing a high volume of records, preferably in an academic or administrative setting. Experience with data entry, document processing, or admissions systems is a plus. Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) is desirable.
Other Qualifications  | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.

Monitor and update application statuses in the admissions system; proactively communicate updates to applicants. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, FERPA regulations, and applicable state and federal laws. Collaborate with internal departments and academic units to resolve discrepancies and facilitate the admissions process. Maintain accurate records and contribute to data integrity within admissions databases. Perform related administrative duties and support special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Information  | Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
