Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in graduate affairs, student services, or higher education administration.
Base pay runs $61,530 to $105,840 a year, with benefits including medical insurance, sick and vacation time, and retirement savings plans.
