Job Duties | Monitor contract compliance such as performance, deliverables, invoicing, closeout, extension, budget adjustments, and renewals Maintain highly confidential program records and equipment inventory Compile, create, analyze, and report data on a frequent basis using databases and Excel worksheets with advanced formats and formulas Maintain large databases with uploaded documents, spreadsheets, audio, video, and other current program information. Ensure attention to detail, data accuracy, and integrity on all work platforms Conduct monthly, and quarterly program process audits to report to program management. Serve as point of contact to assigned contractors conducting field operations Provide training and technical assistance to external contractors Ensure attention to detail, data accuracy, and integrity on all work platforms Conduct internet research to maintain current policy information and to provide instruction and direction to Contractors Other duties as assigned
