WHAT YOU'LL DO  
The Graphic Designer (GD) is a key member of the creative team, responsible for designing storyboards and graphics for animated learning videos and marketing materials in alignment with the Clover Learning brand identity. Working within a collaborative sprint team, the GD manages their own workload and shares progress in weekly sprint meetings. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design principles, attention to detail, and excellent self-organization. The GD works closely with graphic designers, motion designers, instructional designers, and SMEs to ensure visuals are educational, accurate, and engaging. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  
This position will work remote within the United States. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 
  • Collaborate with the content team and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality storyboards and video designs that align with project timelines and Clover Learning’s brand identity 
  • Produce creative work using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools, with a focus on healthcare and STEM content 
  • Create graphics for a variety of media including video content, websites, marketing materials, and internal communications 
  • Prepare, organize, and manage files according to established file structures and media specifications 
  • Manage large-scale production independently with oversight and guidance from the Creative Director, ensuring alignment with creative goals and timelines 
  • Participate in mentorship and professional development to enhance design skills and improve workload management  
  • Learn Scrum methodology in order to function in a fast-paced sprint environment 
  • Report weekly progress in sprint meetings and manage daily tasks using Trello, Frame.io, and Dropbox 
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness 
  • Continuously learn subject matter concepts and apply best practices for creating engaging, educational video content 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is required. 
  • Advanced degrees a plus 
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience required 
  • Experience in video content creation preferred 
  • Experience with digital illustration, layering, layout, and working the RGB color space 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Basic knowledge of Photoshop.  
  • Experience with InDesign and other Adobe apps is a plus 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on meeting deadlines 
  • Capable of managing multiple projects independently 
  • Collaborative mindset with flexibility to adapt to shifting production needs 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Desire to participate in positive team culture
